How to suggest new categories?

This one (https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=69ff9eed07f2880a90cf50bf34e84bd30e8d0177a5d278ba) is clearly Asian and I want to help tag it as such. But I have no idea how and I can't find anything in the FAQ. Halp?

Interesting - there is neither the normal "Vote for categories" nor the "upload screenshots or covers" links for this torrent.
Maybe a Mod could explain? Or, write the helpdesk?

This is my experience with this forum. I've posted a few things, and I get responses if I reply to an existing post. But if I create a new one . . . well, this I think may be the first time anyone has responded to me ever on my own post. And not a mod, either, which is what I really needed.
Does the forum have too many categories? Do I only hang out in the ghost towns?

The vote for category will be visible to you if you have downloaded the complete file.
If not you can go to the torrent and scroll down until you see this
"Click here to report this torrent to staff for other violations of the rules"
And a moderator can correct it for you next time as I have already attend to this torrent after reading your post.
