Getting Mod approval for upload

Just a quick question.
I have been placed in the need approval bracket which is fine, but can someone else who has been, give me an idea of how long it takes for a mod to approve the upload?

The system is currently being worked on behind the scenes.
I'll take a look at your case, and provided you haven't done anything outrageous...I'm feeling rather... Second-Chancey.
HOWEVER, it does come with a STERN warning from well above my paygrade: If you manage to lose them again, your account would be suspended until the new system is in place.
