The entire story is shocking, but this screams "weak on crime".

I have a serious problem with that since she took the cupcakes to school and fed them to her students, despite her husband not being there. If he in fact did "force" her, she could have taken the cupcakes to school and disposed of them on the way or in the school dumpster.
