i'm getting non stop spamming "Confirm Email" from the site

Hi, im getting autogenerated spam mail
"Hello redrios1453
You've requested that we change or confirm your email addressClick here to confirm your email address →"
Although I did request the change, it was like a week ago, i'm getting one of this every 20 minutes, if I click to confirm it tells me the page i want to see doesn't exist and autodirect to the forum.
