Hello Everyone,

I'm having an issue uploading torrents on any site. It has been this way for years no matter what router/computer/os I have. Can someone help me figure out what is going wrong so I can try to fix my ratio?

Modem: Arris Surfboard SBG6950AC2

Internet speed: 1GB download, 100mb Upload

OS: Windows 11 Pro

VPN: ExpressVPN

Torrent Client: qBitorrent
