My father won a reverse-discrimination suit in the 1980's. I won't list the company, but it was in the medical industry.

They told him he had to move to keep his job, because they wanted a woman to have his job at this location.

When he refused, they fired him. He got revenge LOL
Especially since his next job paid a LOT MORE!

@bi4smooth Good for him. Did they tell him outright that they wanted a woman to replace him?

They argued (in court) that it wasn't because she was a woman, but because of WHO she was... but that was easily refuted by their own communications with my Dad. They were eager to hire a woman - any woman - and this woman wanted to work HERE!

One of the reasons my dad's next job paid so well was because they also (in addition to paying) had to release him from his non-compete... so he went to work for a competitor!
