Why is everything new being deleted from the "Fan Sites" category?

@bi4smooth maybe then don't owe an answer to one single user, but this is a problem that is affecting thousands of users who use that category everyday to upload and download. So yes, they should address this as soon as possible. I already asked on helpdesk under the DMCA category and I got no answer so far. So I tried the forum and still nothing has been said. I am patiently waiting but this is not a small issue and users do need an honest answer regardless of how much we pay. As I said, it's affecting thousands of users.

So - let me get this straight: You're complaining that people who ILLEGALLY (in most countries, at least) share their porn - can not do so in the VOLUME that satisfies YOU?
Dude - when you read the stories about the "dark web" where people share things (like stolen data, credit card numbers, and porn) that they shouldn't... you're on it!
99% of the porn you're downloading here is porn that is NOT supposed to be shared. Yet, here we are - doing it anyway!
There was a period in time, not so long ago, when Sean Cody and Corbin Fisher were both aggressively SUING downloaders and seeders alike for illegally sharing their material. That has abated (too expensive for too little reward), but the truth is: we're still stealing their porn when we share it here!
I'm sorry if that hurts your feelings, but your complaint is akin to the guy who steals 10,000 credit card numbers and then complains that his ex-wife's isn't on the list (or that his own *IS on the list! LOL).
If the owners/moderators of the site WANT to share information with you about why, then so be it - but you are ENTITLED to nothing! Zip! Zilch! "King of all Ghostings!" - including a 100% refund of your site-joining fees!
Fine! If you want to LAMENT the loss of those videos - I lament the loss of 1000s of Sean Cody videos on their site, and now especially hard to find elsewhere... but that doesn't mean I'm OWED those videos - even if I'm a PAID member there! And you are OWED nothing here, either.
I will end with this observation: your attitude isn't likely to get any kind of a POSITIVE response from any Staff member that I've ever chatted with! And I've been on here since 2008!

We have a long-standing policy not to discuss DMCA takedowns.
As already stated, the site is broken up into 3 main sections (forums, torrents, and helpdesk), which staff work. We also have the software/coding part but the site owner deals directly with that.

@bi4smooth I don't think it's about "owing anything" but a bit of heads up/transparency would be great even if that's not the most comfortable thing to do for admins/owners.
Besides I think it's you who have problem with attitude. You going off on more than there is to it.
He has some valid points, wasted time and effort, donations and some people also pay for the OF content so they can share it etc.
I had couple of mine taken down recently and it always sort of stresses me out when it happens.Out of curiosity I would like to know how they can find content on here, does it appear in search bar elsewhere so you can view it without logging in?

@szafran Yes, the torrent pages are indexed on Google Cache and the title, images, description, etc. can all be viewed without logging in. This has been the case for many years but the admins still haven't opted out of caching for an unknown reason.
It's also possible that they have an account on this site.

First of all, I'm not demanding anything. I'm not complaining about "the volume of content being uploaded by users". I'm very aware that this is illegal sharing and so are you and guess what, we are both still here. Actually, we are both still here since 2008. I've been contributing with a lot of content here and helping users with their requests since then without expectations.
As I said, if users were choosing to upload fewer files I wouldn't be complaining at all. This is not what this is about and we both know it, so don't try to make it sound like I'm complaining because there aren't 'enough' torrents being posted.
I'm just saying that me, as well as other users, would LIKE TO KNOW why every single file is being deleted, that's all. I was very polite both times I messaged the admins. The only one being agressive and with an attitude for no reason here is you. There's just no need for that.
Anyway, I won't message you anymore. This is not why I created this thread. I'm only going to say that in MY opinion I think it would be fair for the admins to let us know why this is happening. Specially to avoid waste of time to download and upload files that are ALL gonna be removed in a few hours. This is MY opinion. Feel free to not agree with me but don't tell me what I should or shouldn't say. If you can have your opinion on rhat matter, well... So can I.

As I pointed out in my post above: nothing wrong with being curious - I've had about half of my "collections" torrents from major sites pulled for DMCA reasons... I don't like it either.
The difference is that I'm not going off on the admins about it. If they get a "valid" DMCA complaint (I have no idea what makes it valid LOL), they HAVE to remove it. Why? I don't know exactly, but I would imagine some of the principals are US Citizens (or citizens of countries with their own DMCA kinds of laws), which could potentially open them to lawsuits.
Honestly, given the amount of porn shared on this site every day, I count my blessings and take what suits me with no complaints. When my uploads are pulled for DMCA, I recode them (usually with an h265 codec) and eventually re-post them.
The point is: I'm getting free porn. I am entitled to NO FREE PORN. Each download is a gift... if some of the gift boxes are empty, or get taken away before I can grab them, so be it! I'm still getting new gifts EVERY DAY!
BTW: I'm with you on questioning HOW the contents get "discovered" - and if I was the site owner, I'd probably do what's necessary to disable site intexing and search listing by Google and the other engines... But that's akin to the same comment I make about other situations for which I have no control: When I am elected King, I'll fix everything!

Ive had similar problems with my OnlyFans uploads. Either DCMA are being issued from public google indexes, or they have people inside the site issuing the DCMAs.
I would definitely disable google indexing (that should have NEVER been a feature if a private tracker) and close invitations for people with less than 1Tb of sharing if i was the site owner.
This is how sites get shut down completely.

its sad that ive had 10 torrents taken down from DCMA's in the last 24 hours. There is probably someone in the site doing this. ive also noticed strange behavior with the search functionality.
All Austin Wolf videos are completely nuked.

I've noticed it too, I posted in another thread. It's frustrating that the torrent got deleted while you were in the middle of downloading, it wasted my time and fucked my ratio. The other day, I was downloading a torrent that had 40ish files, I only got to download nearly half, but not a single video was complete, so I can't even watch any of it. -
idk, I uploaded a few onlyfans content packs on a PUBLIC gay tracker and they were wildly popular and havent been taken down for weeks. Surprising me theyre being taken down here

The fact is, when a DMCA request is made, it has to be taken down... if you post them where there are LOTS of OTHER OF posts, yeah, they're going to get noticed more!
It seems to me, OF is targeting us for the same reason Jesse James once said he robbed banks (that's where they keep the money!)...
In other words - they're targeting us because there is SO MUCH content here...
But guys, remember that OF is there for the MODELS to MAKE MONEY... sharing it here is NOT making them any money...
I'm all for sharing porn - but I'm also all for these models making a fair amount of money for their efforts... those two things are in conflict here, and the DMCA comes down in favor of the models...

I re-upped the torrents but ommitted "OF" & "OnlyFans" & "Only Fans", which makes me believe that they have built a google scrapper to automatically nuke anything that appears with "GayTorrents OF" or "GayTorrents OnlyFans"
Things will get by the bot of course, but that is just my guess.
I'll continue to upload, but omit the OF tag from now on.

I am new to the site, but not new to torrenting as I am a member for over 10 years of another gay torrenting site. My first post got deleted without any reason. I just needed help asking about a message that the trackers section is showing me. Instead, my message without any clear reason was deleted by a moderator!Now I see that they are taking down torrents too. So I guess after all this is not the friendly place that I thought it will be. If I had a problem on the other gay torrent site, my problem would have been assisted and resolved by now. Such a shame!

In MOST cases (that is: in my experience) when a torrent has been taken down I have received a note. (Duplicate, DMCA, or whatever)
