US Supreme Court Rejects anti-sexism Draft case

Once again, the USSC refused to hear a case about the anti-male sexism in the Draft.
No feminists are outraged, because "but muh vagina".

@raphjd someone needs to do a study of how many women in the military become pregnant whenever a war breaks out. They want to be in the military... EXCEPT when there is actual fighting going on.

One of my daughters serves in the US Army - to claim that women in uniform are not willing or able to fight - in battle - is ludicrous and shows an extreme lack of knowledge on your part. You're pathetic.

I don't know who filed this case, but the 8 cases (before this one) were filed by women who DO NOT identify as feminists.

It is beyond ridiculous to accuse women in the US military of wanting to avoid combat... they have LITERALLY fought for DECADES for the right to do so!
Ours is a VOLUNTEER force - not one woman in the armed forces is there because they were forced to be there... they volunteered to be there - and NOT to avoid actual military service - DOH!
Oh, and I didn't object to @raphjd's comment about feminists, I objected to @lololulu19's suggestion that cowardice-through-pregnancy was something that needed to be "investigated'...
