I made a donation four days ago and have not received any credit yet. I sent two messages on this matter via the Help Desk option, and have received no response. How do I get this resolved?

It's now been a full week since I donated. Still no credit. I've sent messages, emails, and posted here. No response of any kind. What is going on?
