Simpsons recast another character

@raphjd They are quite hypocritical on the Simpsons. They have decided that their characters must be voiced by similar people..
Does that mean they will re-cast Bart Simpson with a 9 year old boy? At the moment they have a 63 year old woman voicing Bart. Bit of Trivia. the actor who voices Homer / Krusty / Barney is the same age as Bart! 63.. I haven't watched an episode of the Simpsons in over 15 years. -
I haven't watched the Simpsons for years.
Before they started getting woke they were pretty good, but when they bowed down to Scientology and others, they started to suck.

So @lololulu19 & @raphjd BOTH admit to not having watched The Simpson's in years... yet, here they are talking about the show because of some minor casting decisions. (Notice: NO MAJOR characters have been affected, only "bit parts"... yet.... here we are!)

While you think this is them "caving" to pop-culture (and the Marketing Department thanks you for that), the clear result is that, by changing less than 1% of their content, they have made headlines and been the topic of countless discussions such as these!

Except I do adore your SHRIEKING CAPS and exclamation mark.... on a statement that flatly contradicts the other Standard Liberal Position: Him being supposedly an out-of-wedlock child of a Roman soldier. (St. Mary supposedly raped etc. Although even on her side, Jews by that point in history could sometimes have Greek blood.)

Not quite: I actually decry fake-news & wanton hyperbole.
The fact that your agenda is right-wing and that many of your posts employ BOTH tools of deception (as well as false-escalation) leads you to the false (though understandable) conclusion... simply because there is no liberal nut-job spouting fake "the world is ending" or "socialize everything" bullshit to counter you.
I am a eslf-described conservative-libertarian... and I have said so here repeatedly... your attempts to label me otherwise are crude and unwelcome, but a price I appear willing to pay... at least for now...
But I believe in truth above politics. I don't have to "win everything: totally and completely" or "crush my opponents" to get a victory... if the idea is a good one and it comes from a Democrat, Republican, Independent - or even a communist - then it's a good idea!
Mind you, a lot more good ideas come from conservative Republicans than liberal Democrats (and I've even heard a few - very few - good ideas from Trump-brainwashed-Republicans!) but what's good for America is good for America - no matter which party it comes from!
But what's "Good for America" is not a zero-sum game! What's good for America can also be good for the rest of the world, or humanity, or wildlife, or <insert something else here>!
For us to win, there doesn't have to be a loser! Sometimes there are winners and losers... but sometimes there are losers and bigger losers, and sometimes - and these are the good times - there are winners and winners!

I say yes. And Trump was the first U.S. president in decades to not start wars.
If you think deeply about that, it will tell you why the U.S. bureaucracy hated & framed him.
But Biden, in his career pre-senility, never met a U.S. war he didn't like. As we speak, Biden's handlers & senility nurses are cooking up new wars.

"He liked the show until it changed it's content including who performed the voices, the subject matter, and it's tone"I don't think it's such a good marketing move when a LOT of people have abandoned the show because of their becoming WOKE.
Some other examples of WOKE products and entertainment which have permanently turned me off to them: Coke products; Delta; anything Disney; CNN; MSNBC; CBS; NBC; ABC; Robert De Niro; Rob Reiner; Roseanne show spinoff; The View; NBA; NFL; Facebook; Twitter; Youtube; all Hollywood movies

LOL - the recent ratings SPIKE for The Simpsons would seem to tell a different story...
NEWS FLASH - they're not after older, politically staid viewers... they're trying to "renew" their viewership with younger viewers...But you keep wrapping yourself in that conspiracy blanket ... it seems to keep your warm and cozy at night... and that's fine by me! I just wish you'd stop trying to get me (or anyone else) to fall for the same lies...
I'm going to stop watching this thread -- and go back to my breakfast of ground up children and deep-state lies!
