      The new forums fairly regularly tell me that the connection has been lost and to give it a moment. It's quickly enough resolved, most of the time, but it's pretty annoying and seemingly needless, as some of the times, I'm not even doing anything that would require an active connection.

        This is a new phenomenon - I suspect after some kind of update.

        I reported it in another section as well, but wanted to confirm HERE that I am seeing the same behavior.

          @Joker would need to confirm this, but I think it has something to do with Cloudflare.

            @raphjd

            I spoke with @Joker.

            He said he needs to make a couple of changes. He knows how to make 1 change, but needs to research the other.

              @bi4smooth im just chipping in not as a complaint, but just to say hey!! im having that issue myself, where i get errors saying "Looks like your connection to Gaytorrent.ru Community was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect." it happened while i was writing this, and it happens frequently.

              Anyhow, it hasnt posed any issues for me (it happened again twice in a comment -and my typing is not that slow!)

                I notice this as well. Whenever I compose a post, I always copy it to my clipboard to that if the broken connection loses it, I can easily put it back.

                    This connection problem absolutely must be fixed. I'm sure admins notice that the traffic on the forum has gone way down with the new system, both because of the connection issues and the clumsiness of the interface.

                    Once connection issues are resolved, I suggest two more fixes:

                    1. Restore the "mouse over" functionality that lets one read the initial post when mousing over a title.
                    2. Restore the "frozen pane" at the top of the forum screen so one can go immediately back to the torrent section/search features rather than clicking once to get to the torrents, and then again to select a search option.

                    Good luck as you work on these issues.

                        It seems we are back to normal forum posting... at least it is working for me after so many days without being to post anything...

                        I still get that message about the connection, but less often than before... I hope it gets 100% fixed soon.

                                    The 'Lost connection Problem' is gone for good now. It was a missconfiguration.
                                    enjoy
