Can't make torrent freeleech?

Hi all, it's likely I'm doing something wrong but there is a torrent that I'd like to make free leech - When i go to do so there is a little dropdown box to the right of the "make freeleech" button that has nothing in it
When it press "Make torrent freeleech" nothing happens at all.
I've checked to make sure that I have enough bonus points, is there some other rank/qualification that I need?

@agaybottom I figured it out, you have to have enough bonus for at least 24 hours before starting. The text at the side ((4.194 points per hour)) made me think that I had it. Ooops!
