Uploader Stops Seeding Before Anyone Can Download.

That torrent was uploaded today on Jan 10th 2021. It seems the original uploader has dropped the torrent as it's not being seeded yet no one was able to finish the download. Is there a way to ask the uploader to continue seeding so at least someone else can seed it otherwise won't this count against my DL ratio even though it's not my fault it stopped being seeded? -
Yes, it's frustrating.
Reseed requests only work if there have been members who have fully downloaded the video.
You CAN REPORT the video to staff, by clicking the REPORT…. link on the torrent page.
I added a comment, as did you, and also sent him a PM.

If you are not able to seed your Uploads at least 48h or until other seeders avail, your Upload get deleted, and all credits get taken!The system will notify the uploader to continue seeding and what to do…
And if he doesn't comeback then there is nothing you can do...

I have sent a PM to the uploader asking them to resume the upload. Normally, this is something you can bring to our attention with the report button, for future reference.

Oh okay I didn't want to report it since technically they were seeding. I had just noticed earlier they had stopped and no they haven't continued seeding it's still not downloading.

In addition:
@Gberns seeding will stop once you grab all the percentage being distributed by the [seeder and peers connected],
all you have to do is wait for the seeder to continue seeding…As mentioned above by GTRU Staff, Pawpcorn & MrMazda to continue posting,
and the uploader has been notified...
