Trouble uploading a torrent

I've tried to upload a torrent using QTM but it says the torrent had already been uploaded - though it hasn't, and isn't a duplicate (I get this error A LOT).
When I come to upload the torrent manually through the website, when I select the category (Hunks), it loads the images that I had uploaded through QTM, but there are something like 7 different sets of them. When I try to de-select the duplicates and click "remove", nothing happens. When I try to upload the torrent, I also get the error message that the torrent has already been uploaded.
The torrent does not appear in "my torrents".

It may be possible that the torrent is already uploaded, however is sitting in the hidden mods category for some reason. Either way, this error message means that the EXACT torrent you are trying to upload already exits in the system somewhere, and there's not much you can do.
