Cant upload .exe files

I'm a first time uploader in this site, mostly browsing around in anime games or comic and yaoi.
Just today I got a notification saying that I have to upload to get ratios.
But when I wanted to upload a gay themed visual novel, the upload page shows a warning saying that .exe files aren't allowed.
How do I fix this? I saw many new contents in anime games but I can't imagine it not using .exe files -
