I hate my new supervisor

So quick version of story when I started working for company I was made supervisor but my manager demoted me due to a mistake she made with a rota when she left I was retired as a supervisor n denoted two more times for stupid reasons after the third time I refused to be a supervisor again n since I am alot more happy
However they hired new girl who already supposedly had expierirnce but all she does is slag of other staff n whinge bout her bf who blatantly don't want her and she constantly just changing work music or on her phone instead of serving n it pisses me off
