Is this torrent status ok?

Hello, I just want to be sure I'm not messing up my ratio, see image below
all those are new torrents added today, they appear as "seeding" but I'm not uploading anything, is this ok?
because it seems that my torrent client only seeds when I'm also downloading something and it stops when I complete a download
I double checked infinite amount of online discussions about setting up your torrent client and nothing is out of place

@stumper I was having the same issue, but after I waited about 30 minutes and than it showed that I was seeding.
