Fixed Ratio

Hi. I wanted to know how long after fixing the ratio I can get my download rights again.
I just fixed it, and I thought it would be automatic. But since it's not, I'm just wondering how long does it take for the change to happen. -
Rights management is done by the system every 15 minutes. As such, it can take up to 15 minutes to restore your download rights and remove the low ratio warning.

To add-on, once I've fixed my ratio, can I delete the files I torrented/seeded? Will this eat at my uploaded total gb and deflate my ratio again?

Once file is downloaded it will no longer affect your ratio you can delete or keep them…
The only reason you will seed if there's someone requesting for, or some leechers still active at the moment and seeding...
Only new content or re-download file will affect your ratio...
Freelech will help to build your ratio and will not affect your ratio from downloading...
