I've always been a fan of World's Strongest Man, and I've always wished some of them would show off their… hard assets.  Nevertheless, i still think they're a nice sight, even when fully clothed.  Guys with a lot of bulk tend to grab my eye... obviously.  Does anyone else watch this stuff?  Hehehe

How many hours per day do you train? 3-4

How many days do you train per week? 6

What does your training involve?
Mostly strongman event training, but in between I also train like a powerlifter. I also train for scotish highland games.

What does your diet normally consist of?
Breakfast: Eggs, oatmeal and all-bran, protein shake
Lunch: Fish or chicken, rice or pasta
Dinner: Beef or chicken, rice or potatoes

What made you want to become a strongman?

How old were you when you started training and competing in strongman?
2006 I started training and competing, before that I was powerlifting

What is your greatest strongman achievement?
Being invited to WSM competition

How do you manage to balance work and training for strongman?
You just do

What is the worst injury you have ever had?
Tore my left bicep tendon in may 2007

What are your plans after your strongman career?
Only thing that is planned today is to enjoy life

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become a strongman?
Train harder, eat more and better and believe in yourself!!

What is your favourite strongman event and why?
Natural stone loading

What is you least favourite strongman event and why?

I like them all even if im bad at something

Which past strongman do you admire now & why?
Jon pall sigmarsson because he was great!

Which current strongman do you admire now & why?
Zydrunas savickas because he is the strongest strongman ever

How do you prepare yourself for major events?
Train my ass off

What is your favourite other sporting event?
NFL American Football

What do you do to relax? Do you have any hobbies?
Listen to music and just hang around with family and friends

Given your size, what's the funniest thing thatís ever happened to you?
I have broken toilet seats

What would be your favourite type of holiday and destination?
Being lazy in the countryside of Iceland and bbq's

Suzuki Vitara but I want a Toyota Tundra or Ford Excursion

To qualify for WSM 2009

These 'Strongest Man' tv shows were a great source of wank material before the days of the internet. Loved the bulging biceps, sweaty thighs and clenched buttocks. Strangely enough, as with bodybuilders, I never imaged any of them having big cocks.

Hahaha yeah i know what you mean.  When I was in High School, I kind of figured out when the Sumo Wrestling season was on, and I'd always watch that if nobody else was watching.  Also kept tabs on world's strongest man and watched it, but the family didn't realize WHY i liked it so much hehehe.
