QTM uploading issues

Hi!

I was uploading a torrent file via QTM so that I can increase my ratio and bonuses. However, I have encountered this problem (see photo). After numerous tries, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the program. After reinstallation, I now don't have any prompts if my created torrent (if it was) was successful or not.

May I ask for any assistance regarding these concerns?

Did you search the torrents on the site to see if yours is now available on gaytor.rent? 
Do you see it in the torrent software on your computer?

I don't use QTM but there is a tutorial here:

If that doesn't help, use the Helpdesk feature in the drop-down menu under Support in the top right corner of the page to ask a mod for assistance.

This error means that another file with the exact same size and exact same filename already exists somewhere in the system. When doing an upload with QTM and getting this error, it can be quite difficult to find where it is on the site.
