It is likely that you're not able to connect to the tracker's back end due to the DDoS protection. To find out if this is the case, try visiting the following URL in your web browser:

      https://tracker.gaytor.rent/stmdd

If you see a page with stats, then you can connect to the back end. If you can't open the page, then you are unable to connect to the tracker's back end, and may need to use a VPN to route around the issue.

So after installing Nord VPN and unchecking the SSL tracker and playing around with it, its finally working. It sucks I have to pay for a VPN in order to be able to get this working compared to before, but could be worse. Thanks for the advice

NordVPN and Surfshark are two VPNs from which we have had countless reports of users not being able to connect with. Many of our staff use Private VPN as our VPN provider. They offer port forwarding for ONE port on most of their servers, and for a rather decent number of their servers, they support dedicated IP addresses, which forward ALL ports through to your computer, so you don't have to keep changing your port number every time you connect.

I dont understand. How is the ddos protection blocking me SOMETIMES and sometimes not? Like if I download a torrent file, sometimes it starts downloading, sometimes I have to wait 1-7 days before it starts. Explain how the DDOS is blocking me but sometimes let me download?

Can you just UNDO what you did with the ddos protection? You are blocking normal users and not ddosers.

Unfortunately, some valid traffic that should be getting through is not. We installed the DDoS protection because before it was installed, we were being subjected to DDoS attacks that were taking down ALL users. Without this protection, our site and tracker would not be able to work at all for anyone.

Well its a bad ddos protection if it catches none-ddosers. Something is wrong. I assume you blocking a whole ISP all together.

No such protection or filtering service is ever perfect. Also, as it is a 3rd party service, we have no control over the workings or configuration of the software, so there's not really much that we can do. It was the only way to be able to stay alive and online.

Time to choose another 3rd party service. One that knows what's it's doing. A lot of sites and services are using protection and I never been banned from those.
