Whenever I use VPN I don't receive a Upload Ratio, only when I disable it I start receiving it. But I think that's how I get exposed.

I'm using a VPN, and keeping my torrents open. Bonus-points are increasing. So it does work…

I have used a VPN for 25 years (my old job required it) and I have never had an issue with this site.

You must make sure you're logged in when your VPN is on; and also make sure you download the torrent when your VPN is on and already logged in.

So that's why, I use vpn only in Torrent as shown in the image below and not in the entire computer.

In case I would have to connect the vpn to the entire computer, download the torrents again to be able to sow?

Dude, you're not connecting to a VPN, that's a proxy. A proxy is something different. I really don't have the patience to write a whole document. I suggest you google the difference between a VPN and a Proxy. Once you understand the difference, stop using a Proxy.

Another thing to consider is that not all VPN services are the same. You need to make sure that you are using a VPN that supports port forwarding for ALL ports, or that at least supports ONE port and that your torrent client is configured to use that ONE port. This is a critical, yet often overlooked step necessary to be able to get upload traffic.

You are fixated on this port forwarding thing. I've had several VPNs and never had to do that. Only in rare circumstances that is applicable.

I use PureVPN and PIA depending on whichever has a better deal, never had an issue with either.
