So a guy walks into the doctor's clinic and tells the doctor: Doc, whenever my boyfriend and I have sex, it feels like his cock is hitting my liver.
Doctor: So you want me to cut part of it off so it doesn't hit your liver?
Guy: Hell no! Can you just move my liver?
