Duplicate account, need help deleting

Hi.
I received a warning from the site that I have two duplicate accounts opened under the same IP address: 69bboy and 69bboi. I created two because the 1st one was created with an accidental invalid email address, and made the second one with a correct email address.
I've attempted to delete the "69bboy" account so I can have transfer trackers unblocked using the link that was provided, but I keep getting an error. May I get assistance on this?
