Impossible to increase ratio
-
All videos I have are already uploaded here…
There's still a way to upload your videos, if you have ones with the same porn stars, you could simply upload a few together in one torrent and call it 'small collection of "example" porn star' for instance.
Or like the guy before me already suggested, downloading freeleech torrents will help your ratio, but not negatively affect it.
is this really legitimate? i want to try it but is there a policy page i can read that allows this to confirm? thanks :cry2:

If the primary purpose of an action is smply to improve your ratio and there is no benefit to anyone else, such as making new content available or seeding a file, stop and think about whether it is actually a good idea or if there are better ways to accomplish your goal.
For instance, some people make useless forum posts, upload slightly-altered torrents, add a bunch of almost identical or only peripherally-related photos to torrent pages, or even beg for seedbonus points, even though these actions annoy and inconvenience other people and eventually force the administrators and moderators to clean up the mess and implement new rules.
There are plenty ways to increase your ratio that don't junk up the site with useless collections of videos for which torrents are already available, slightly altered torrents, useless forum posts, repetitive photos, etc. This site makes it very easy to maintain and improve your ratio in positive ways that contribute to the site's success and help other users. Examples included seedbonus points just for seeding whether or not anyone actually downloads your files and the hundreds of freeleech torrents available at any given time. Moderators also try to help out people making a good-faith effort.
Unless someone is truly unable to upload at all, only a lack of patience should prevent them from eventually achieving a good ratio. Given enough time and patience, the problem will become spending an excess of seedbonus points, not worrying about a bad ratio.
So don't lose sight of the primary purpose of sharing files because you're focused on improving your ratio.
But sometimes, finding specific torrents can be tricky if not impossible because the uploader didn't give it the correct name, so searching for it is pretty difficult, or the older torrents have few or no seeders at all anymore so they're dead, and people aren't willing to seed, mainly because the file is too big or not interesting enough, so if there's alternative torrents with the same porn in it, then it's not necessarily a bad idea.
For instance a collection of a porn star was almost 40 GB along, I downloaded the hottest one from that torrent, which was a pain in the butt, and then uploaded one very hot one and a guy thanked me with a 100 seedpoints, which I didn't expect at all to happen.
And this torrent has been downloaded by many others too.I agree, that if you upload practically the same stuff over and over again, it's not really useful, especially if the already uploaded stuff is still current and in use.
But if you have cases where the old stuff is simply too old and has very low chance of ever getting redownloaded again, then having options is actually helpful. -
Hello,
I am desperately trying to increase my ratio and have uploaded a small sized torrent. Now after a few hours my ratio has barely moved and the 25 people that downladed it will also now share the seed when new people download. So now it will take even longer. What am I to do? I want to contribute, but I don't have access to these pay-sites and I don't have any money to donate.
Not to sound rude (don't take it like that), but this is simply a case where you need to understand torrents more. If you understood torrents, you wouldn't try to increase your ratio with a small file. Without getting long winded (but you still need to read outside this tracker), the whole essence of torrents is that you must give to get back. Therefore, you say to yourself, "I can't possibly be able to download 6GB worth of files while only seeding/offering a 298MB file." Nuff said.

I have now increased my ratio exponentially. I leave my comp on 24/7, that basically fixed it.

you know what the problem with this torrent site is… seeder bonus is stuck in year 2010.
five years ago, i was downloading 350MB per scene and seeder bonus of 600points = 10GB upload was enough to keep my ratio of 1.0
but now, in 2020, i download 1.5GB per scene and keeping a good ratio through seeder bonus points is impossible.P.S. I seed 24/7

I download mostly the larger files and have uploaded only a few and relatively unpopular torrents but have no trouble keeping my ratio up just from seeding 24/7. I don't even buy traffic with bonus points. I wonder if something is preventing you from sharing data such as low upstream bandwidth or a software setting?

Another good way to improve ratio is to:
1) Find a new torrent with many files that hasn't been fully seeded yet (i.e., shows only one seeder, but many leechers). This will only happen when a torrent is very new.
2) Download the torrent, but only select some of the files (like the smallest ones) to download–which means marking the other files "don't download" in your torrent client.
3) Let this torrent seed for at least a few hours, preferably a few days. This way you will get the file(s) you have selected fairly quickly, and then be a resource for the other leechers who are trying to get all of the files. Your ratio on this torrent can easily get to 5:1 or even 10:1. And, this "trick" doesn't damage the system or harm other users.
The only disadvantage here is that this torrent will show up as "seeding" in your torrents listing as long as you don't have all of the files. Once you've reached a good ratio with it, or most other leechers have gone away, just delete the torrent, and keep the files if you wish.

i don't know.
i noticed that when there is a lot of seeders, leechers are not downloading from me. but when i am the only seeder, leecher has no problem downloading from me. probably my internet speed is slower than super seeders'. -

You're probably not connectable.
Even though seed bonus is "stuck in 2010" it's extremely generous to offer 0.5 bonus per torrent regardless of size. No problems increasing ratio here and havent had to exchange since like my first year on this site.
-
unfortunately, i do have problem maintaining my ratio here and that's why i am more active on other torrent sites which give me better upload credit.
i think seeder bonus should be updated to reflect bigger and bigger screens and file sizes. for example 600 points should give you 20 GB upload credit instead of 10 GB. that's the point of seeder bonus for those who have trouble uploading.
i think it's in this site's interest that i and others like me are as active as possible, meaning downloading a lot of stuff and keeping torrents alive through 24/7 seeding.
that's just my suggestion. easy fix really

If you have a problem maintaining ratio, that's on you, and not the site's. Check your leeching activities and adjust to make sure you're in the green.
There's many ways offered by the tracker, and not offered by the tracker to improve your ratio. Utilize them. Seedbonus isn't cutting it? Sitewide freeleech, freeleech picks. Bearbearbear mentioned this already. Even if you only get a little bit of upload credit, it's still a positive gain for a zero impact download. Seedboxes are also an option, and there's many budget friendly seedboxes that can be rented. Grab one for 5 USD a month. Load up free leech picks and you're set for the whole year.

It's not per torrent. It's for one or more torrent. So you get 0.5 points per hour and that's it. At least that's what it is for me and that's what the FAQ states. If you know a way of getting more, please let me know. I'm seeding for several sites, but somehow on this one I get almost no traffic seeding. I uploaded a torrent and literally seeded it exactly once, after that nobody ever seeded from me again. The torrent is reasonably popular, but apparently my connection isn't. As I said, I'm seeding on other sites just fine, and apparently I can seed here too when I'm the only option, so I doubt the problem are my settings.
It almost feels like there's a club of super seeders that are hogging all the traffic and basically choking out the rest of us. Which just causes even less downloads and thus less seeding etc. It's not "generous" to offer those bonus points, it's straight up necessary because there's just no other way. And no, I won't donate to a site that basically forces me to through the back door (no pun intended).
I don't really want to jump through useless hoops like fake forum posts or "repackaging" existing torrents. I think it should be enough that I basically just offer what I got here. Fair and square.
-
Are you sure you're connectable?
It sounds like you think you are, but you're actually not. That was my use case, and once I've gotten that resolved, I was able to massively increase the number of leeches connecting to me.
Have you tried cross seeding? Or is that not "fair and square?"

not true!! you get only 0.5 point max per hour regardless of the number of torrents u seed, seeding 1 torrent or 100 torrents at the same time, does not make a difference. this site has the stingiest seeding system i have ever seen..

OMG you took the words out of my mouth. you said it so well.
i am currently seeding 25 torrents here, 25 torrents on second site, and 25 on third site. and let me tell you, i'm seeding like crazy on those other sites, but none here. traffic turnover is huge there because average joes that do not have seed boxes are downloading a lot. average joe cannot download a lot here because of ratio policy.
i can download here 10 GB per month. if i download more, my ratio goes down too much. do you know how many GB i can download per month on those other sites. 100-500GB. if i'm in this situation here, than 1000s other average users are also. and wouldn't it be better for this site if we all could download 100GB per month instead of 10GB.
it's all about traffic turnover. if it's slow then the site is dead. just like the economy. if everyone starts saving money instead of spending, we're screwed.
what i'm trying to say from the beginning of this discussion is that downloading 10 GB per month was fine for me in 2015, but now it's not enough and seeder bonus should go up.
