PictureBrowse working no longer?

When I go on the Browse page, this URL is loaded in the address bar
https://www.gaytor.rent/picbrowse.php?PageSpeed=noscript
instead of
https://www.gaytor.rent/picbrowse.php
Then I end up with an empty page (see attached screen capture)Also, on a given page, the usual way of click-watching pictures has gone.
Has something been changed on the site?
What is this “PageSpeed=noscript” in the URL.(My browser is Safari 11.1.2 on Mac OS 10.11.6 [even if exceptionally I'm using Chrome right now])

The cause for my trouble was that I had Javascript deactivated for some test on another site and I just forgot to set it back again.
