Is my torrent client not seeding?

I'm using JS Torrent since I have a Chromebook. For some reason I don't think it's seeding. I'm leaving it open after the torrent is done but my ratio isn't changing. I'm not sure what to do.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
