          In no particular order:
          Do começo ao fim
          Freier Fall
          Shelter
          Boy erased
          The bubble
          Yossi & Jagger
Meine Schwiegertochter ist ein Mann (All you need is love)
          Wedding wars

          and my favourite: The trip

I realise that some of these films are not in English but it's fairly easy to find subtitles for them.

I sometimes enjoy non-English movies, I can speak some German and Hebrew.

But I raise my eyebrow at the translation.
"Meine Schwiegertochter ist ein Mann" = "My Daughter-in-Law is a Man" not "All you need is love."

My favorite one lately has been "Theo and Hugo", from 2016.

If you enjoy very British films, here are a couple from the 1980s that I would consider classics:

                      Another Country (1984)
                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086904

                      Maurice (1987)
                      https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093512

Many of the films I watch I discover through the "More Like This" feature on IMDB that showcases up to a dozen films.

"The titles listed in the 'More like this' section are generated from a variety of information, including genres, country of origin, actors, and much more."

There are also users' lists on IMDB that can be helpful.

                      @JohnAllenson:

"Meine Schwiegertochter ist ein Mann" = "My Daughter-in-Law is a Man" not "All you need is love."

It's not a translation but an alternative title.  Very frequently films are given different names for different markets, especially when there is a language difference but sometimes even in the U.S. vs. the UK.

Meine Schwiegertochter ist ein Mann is a German made-for-television comedy for general viewing audiences.  In the U.S., foreign-language films are not considered suitable for the mass market and are released in just a few urban "art-house" theaters plus on DVD or (these days) by streaming.  My Daughter-in-Law is a Man would not be an appealing name for a film with a mostly-LGBT+, English-speaking audience because it is from the viewpoint of the mother.  The chances of an average American seeing this film was almost zero and even for a gay man, there was never much of a chance.  Probably the only way to watch it in the U.S. today, so many years after release, is by torrenting.
