Arrow vs. Flash

Which tv series is better, Arrow or Flash?

As much as I love arrow flash has better episodes and doesn't suffer as much slow pacing in the middle of the series and I love all characters in flash whereas with arrow too many new characters coming in

Flash, but early Flash is better than later Flash. I liked when Flash was more monster-of-the-week early in its run than the drawn-out melodrama of the later seasons.

Both began to suck after a few seasons. But to me Flash stopped being good after season 2. I stuck with Arrow because I loved some of the characters.
I stopped caring about the characters on Flash ages ago. Cisco and Caitlyn never evolved as characters at all IMO.
