Deleting account

Hi,
I had another account with quite a lot of downloads, but recent events in my country made me too scared to use it anymore, and so I deleted the account using this form https://www.gaytor.rent/delacct.php. However, when I try to login it seems that my account is only disabled (and not deleted) and I can still reset my password using my email. Furthermore, according to the discussion here - https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=50628.0 - it seems that it's possible to revive a deleted account which has made me quite worried.
Can someone clarify if it's possible to actually possible to permanently delete my account?

If you cease logging into the system, your account will be automatically closed in 60 or 240 days.
-unused accounts (both upload and download are zero) are disabled by the system after 60 days of no login
-used accounts with prior activity (upload and/or download) are disabled by the system after 240 days of no loginIf you do not log in for that period of time and the account will be removed.
