No, but dated someone who was technically homeless. Technically because she was living with a friend's mom. Her situation got desperate after a few months when the friend's mom had to move out for renovations. Then she started transitioning. It was a lot.

I have never been homeless. When I see or read media reports of people who have endured this hardship and emerged successfully, I'm always impressed by their determination.
Moderators: This is a splendid thread, but I think it is misplaced on the Around the House board. This board is largely for home improvement and very "light" types of discussion. And if you'll pardon the dark humor, once you're homeless, the one thing you are not is Around the House.
In the Chit Chat section, for example, someone has begun a thread, "Are You Scared of Aging?" So, "Ever Been Homeless?" is quite similar, I would say…
