DMCA Takedowns: now what?

I awoke this morning to find that two of the torrents I uploaded from a specific studio had been taken down due to DCMA complaints. Would you guys suggest I avoid uploading torrents by the same studio in future? I usually put quite a bit of effort into my uploads, and had several other related uploads planned ::) I don't feel personally offended, but the joy (or addiction??) to sharing is somewhat dampened knowing that Big Brother is watching :police:
PS. I just checked the DMCA link on the site, and guess it's clear that uploading content that is likely to be reported should not be uploaded again.
