Hi, i wanted to ask - i needed 0,45 ratio, now i need 0,5 - it is because i downloaded more stuff? does free leech stuff count to this increading ratio, thanks for answer

and free leech doesn't count your DL, Only UL.:true: however, if freeleech time lapses and you still haven't finished downloading a torrent link, the remaining bytes size of that torrent link you are downloading will count as a regular download. So see to it that you are aware of the time limit of freeleech torrent.

Also, increasing your ratio generally works best when you're actually seeding your torrents.

Not only can you hide your IP address with a VPN, but you can also hide your location, and avoid ISP traffic throttling for P2P traffic, because not even your ISP can tell what you're up to when you're on a VPN.
