Do you wish you were attractive?

I have mixed feelings about this.

I think a lot of things in my life would have been easier had I been attractive. But I would have been such a different person and I kind of like the person I turned into.

I think it's human to be a lookist. So it's normal to care about the appearance.
I don't want to change the way I look and I would change only some features.

There's always someone more attractive than you.

Hence, it would be better to state how attractive you think you are on a scale of 1 to 10 and then what scale you want to be.

I'll say I'm a 7 on average, on a good day I feel like an 8 but on a bad day I feel like a 6,
Though it's advantageous to be attractive but for daily life it's not much for a guy.
Except for sex then it's almost everything. But then how much sex do you really need when there's enough offers already.
I'm not greedy so I'm not asking to be more attractive.
There'll be some who pump up at the gym or go for plastic surgery to go upscale.

I'll say that though it's politically correct to say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but generally it's not true.
People do judge one's look sub-consciously.

There are things that can make one less presentable: poor hygeine, bad haircuts, clothes that don't suit you (PUN ALERT), garish make-up.

If you wish it is easy to correct those.

I think I'm ok.
Being attractive hmm… Well I think it comes to girls. A girls can be pretty and know how to do make up and look elegantly. Then she looks really good and have a good appearance overall. You just won't say she's ugly.
For guys all those things come away. He can change by making haircuts, clothes or having more muscle. But to guys attractiveness comes to depend on different tastes. This is just me but there can be a girl that passes you and everyone (even me being gay) will say she's attractive. A guy might not be someone's cup of tea though. Their attractiveness is mor individual. So being a pretty girl would of course help in life.
As for me. I COULD be more attractive, of course. But I still hit someone tastes. Not always someone who I return the favor, but there were some great guys who actually liked my "type of beauty".

For me it's important that I look on my older pics and everytime I'm getting at more and more what I want to look like. So there definitely is a progress.
