Uploading Gets Errors

When trying to upload the following - https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=9c6b309ba9de31e638de53b654d1a634c6c1c807cf0f4a67
it came up as an error re : permissions, would only work once i uploaded it with 1 picture - anyone else facing same thing ?

were you trying to upload pictures?
Other members had already uploaded the total quota for this movie, but they hadn't been approved yet, by staff… so all you saw was one or two pictures...
...now there are eleven (now approved) pictures.
