Normally, you make a reseed request by pressing the request reseed button on the torrent information page. I have gone ahead and done this for you. As well, I have promoted the torrent in hopes that it may draw some more attention to the torrent for you.

If anyone can that would be awesome. I managed to get 66% of the file from another torrent site, before it too stalled out. I'll leave this open to seed for a while if I ever get it.
