I always see the "♺" symbol in torrent files, but have no idea what it means. Does it refer to a torrent that has been reseeded?

It gets asked on here every now and then. I found an old thread where it was asked and Mod Mr Mazda answered. 🙂

"That little recycle symbol means that the torrent has been promoted (refreshed) back to the top of the list. If you look at the first line of the torrent description, you will see the original date that the torrent was posted to the tracker."

Thanks! That's what I thought it meant but I was not certain.
