Bath gels or soap?

I've tried bath gels and honestly I feel I waste a lot of them for scrubbing my body clean. Also, I've used some that say they can be used as shampoo…but nah, I don't feel they clean my hair and scalp.
So Soap and Shampoo all the way for me. I normally use a brand called Zest.
