So Soap and Shampoo all the way for me.  I normally use a brand called Zest. 😄

Combined with an exfoliating towel or a nice fluffy loofah and I can suds up, scrub down, and rinse clean.

Although, lately I just use shampoo everywhere.  Also rinses off clean, and I don't have to deal with multiple bottles. 😛

I use Olive Oil liquid gel.

I'm buying some organic vegan-friendly sandalwood soap.
