Gunging ~ Mudding ~ Trashing

Does anyone else like gunging/mudding/trashing?? And by "like" I don't necessarily mean sexually, even just finding it aesthetically pleasant counts. I personally think of it as rather relaxing; watching clothes, etc getting destroyed and dirtied more and more kinda helps me cope with my anxiety, idk even know why. I also find it really sexy as I do with most things that involve getting dirty >:D >:D
