2 times i use leiser and 2 times icetherapy…
now i use cream to minimize them... -

Do you mean HIV, or have you progressed to the point of not being able to keep your CD4 above 200 and struggling with other ailments? Also, do not kid yourself… There's a LOT that can be shared that they do not teach in the text books, such as what it's like to deal with the side effects of some of the medications. Not so much at this day and age, but even less than 10 years ago.
