Hi there, yes, "奇激" is the name for QueerClick Asians (a sub-blog dedicated to Asians) at http://www.queerclick.com/asians/. They update many posts daily. Please check it out.
Additionally, "奇激" is a word play on "奇迹" (also pronounced as Qi Ji) which means "miracle." "激" can be taken to mean "passion" or "lust" in Mandarin. Hope this helps! Am new to this board.
