When I sleeps alone, nude, been doing this about 3 months now (in fact, I always nude when I'm alone, day or night). I read it somewhere that the dark and nude are great combination for men's health, especially sexually and the penis. And from my experience so far, it works.

I sleep in some shorts (similar to basketball, or workout shorts) and a t-shirt all the time.. Sometimes I may sleep with just my underwear and a shirt, or if I am really tired pass out with all my clothes on.. but I never sleep nude, it's too uncomfortable for me..
