Downloads not Downloading

There seems to be no updating after I download the torrents. The list of how many torrents I am downloading is not updated as well and all seeds seem to have just stopped. Can someone help me get the flow back in order?

In the lower window part of your µTorrent with the torrent details, under the "Trackers" tab in the line with the tracker announce URL, what does it say in the "Status" column?
That gives (us) a first good hint to issues' area.
