Ciao a tutti, sono ancora qua per avere qualche informazione e dritta su questa pratica. Prima di tutto qualcuno pratica il ball streching? L'effetto che si ha sullo scroto dopo un certo periodo diventa permanente o una volta rimosso l'anello lo scroto ritorna piano piano allo stato iniziale? Come avete iniziato?
