Download Disabled

Hi! I'm a new user on this site. I haven't used it for a certain time and I want to use it again and I can't download anything because I exceeded the time allowed and my current minimum ratio has fallen below 0.2. My downloads are disabled.
Is there a way to set the downloads up, for example, by reaching ratio 0.2. or even doing that I won't be able to download anything? Thanks in advance.

You can download freeleech torrents (one at a time) to gain upload credits. It won't alter your download amount.
Choose busy ones. That is, ones with lots of leechers who will want to download from you.
And once your seed bonus points reach 100 you can change that for 1GB upload credit.
Don't worry, you'll soon be back downloading. Just keep an eye on your ratio at first

**_That is why I like reading this kind of topic, I learned something more about rules and advice, I didn't know that one can still download freeleech even if your dl privilege was temporarily disabled
or the first uploader incentive, I happen to search for that topic (just this June) and wrote to the one in-charge of this and they gave me that rewards 2 months after my 1st upload :thx:_**
