        So the first one that came to my mind was Lafayette from True Blood.
        I don't find him attractive or anything, but damn, he's one hell of a character any person would instantly love.

          @callioperide:

          Shout-out to Titus Andromedon reppin all the broke Brooklynites out there. Seriously, you guys she's one entrancing, ridiculously off the wall character. Too funny for words I can't even!

          Runner-up could be Ilana in Broad City. Or Josh Thomas playing as himself in Please Like Me. Oh, and Frank Underwood if he ever decides to come out of the closet this season…

          I met Josh Thomas, when I worked as a manager of a comedy lounge - he was doing well as a stand up comic. The weirdest thing was,when I first met him he was in the closet. I was out and so were some of my staff and we all had our Gaydar alarming like crazy. One of my staff said something in passing and he practically yelled that he wasn't gay, "even though people think i am" - kinda weird to see him later doing what he does

            There are a lot of good ones here on the list, I'd just like to add Ian Gallagher from Shameless to the list.

            Tell someone you love them today, because life is short.
            But shout it at them in German, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

              Billy Crystal (Jodie Dallas) on Soap, an ABC sitcom that ran from 1977-1981. Without a doubt, he should be #1 on that list–sharing that top spot, at the very least!

              I personally wasn’t into the show but I know others who loved it.

              A controversial show when it first aired–given the time--his character definitely behind much of it!

                  Omar Little from The Wire. A shotgun wielding black, gay, out, drug dealer in Baltimore. He is one of my top 5 tv charecters of all-time, all-shows.

                          The audio of the books read by the author is on the site, actually. Have downloaded it for my next long trip

                            I know this won't be a very popular opinion, but if you ask me, Kurt Hummel from Glee.

                            I went through almost the same things as him on the show, and I really related to his struggles and hardships, and that made me really like his character.

                            His 'Unapologetically Me' attitude really gave me something to strive towards!

                              Mr. Humphries from ARE YOU BEING SERVED? (played by John Inman). I know most of you here are too young & hip to ever have heard of it or seen it, but…......
