Is it possible to download an embedded .swf video?

So I was messing around with the page hoping to separate the video and download it but nothing worked so far. Not detectable by downloaders, and the saved .swf file doesn't work either.
Can ".swf" files be downloaded or you're only saving the URL to stream it later? can you access it differently?

To download the video in your link is very easy. Just click on "File" in your browser than click "save page as".
