Since this site use bitcion to sighup, it this means i cannot use my bonus to exchange invite any more?

I'm sure you can use your bonus but the going rate for 1 invite is 250 SBP
You can also get invites to share when you become a Power User

You need to be Power User to invite and exchange points against invites. When a member is promoted the first time to Power User, he gets 4 free invites.
Those invites are only useful when the site requires Bitcoin or invitations to signup, i.e. isn't open signup. When the site is open signup, referrer link invitations are usually working, too.
