I was actually a bit worried that they were going to turn Mass Effect into some kind of Gears of War clone but the more I read about the interviews, it seems like is going to be a proper RPG again.

I actually still worry about it being some cheap, original ripoff. with some of the featurettes, they seemed to have really dumbed it down. like the squadmates were just telling you what to do. seemed like a lot of handholding and really simple, linear gameplay. but ive heard so mucch to the contrary, im hoping my impressions are wrong

I'm a bit dissapointed about this games. The animations truly suck and the textures are sometimes taking ages. I fast travelled to a certain location and I needed to wait for a half minute because it was still loading it's surroundings.
But there is one positve note: I feel like a manwhore in this game. I try to get everyone in my bed. I only managed to kiss twice with a character. But they are having a sweet e-mail conversation about how they mis my character.
